Return Policy

Evan Beau offers a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on any Evan Beau brand product (Regenerating Day and Night Serums, Foundations) bought only directly from our site, providing the customer is not satisfied with the results of the product within 30 days of receiving date.  We want you to be happy!

The cost of the product will be refunded by the same manner in which the consumer has paid on our site, minus any shipping costs and $1 Per Product donation(s) to One Body Village Canada from the order.

In individual cases, we may ask for the product to be shipped back to us. The cost to ship the returned product back to Evan Beau is not covered under our return policy and will be incurred additionally by the customer by whichever courier method they choose, providing we receive the returned product(s) within 60 days of purchase, at which time the refund will be made to your account. We also cannot be responsible for any customs charges incurred upon shipping.

We currently do not have an operational return policy for any of our partner brand offerings (Consonant, Tahnyc, Aenons, Athar'a Pure, etc) however returns or refunds can be made on a per-case basis.
